What is a Church Crisis Response Network (CRN)?
A Church Crisis Response Network (CRN) equips 7 to 10 local churches to network together to lead in planning and preparing for crisis response efforts in their communities. By connecting, training, and resourcing these churches, we can bring the love and hope of Jesus to their communities.
Make A Difference Today
Imagine a local church...
in a community impacted by crises like severe flooding, fire, or civil unrest. The community often opposes and even oppresses those in the church.
They are there...
for the long term, helping to rebuild and restore the community. This crisis response opens doors that are often closed, transforming lives and hearts in the process.
When a crisis strikes...
this church, supported by other local churches in their network, trained through your generosity, and equipped with essential supplies like Hope Bags, first aid kits, and water purification systems, can respond effectively. They have resources available from a pre-established network emergency fund to provide immediate relief and support. This enables them to turn opposition into opportunities to share the love and hope of Jesus with those in desperate need.
That is what churches in...
HOC Crisis Response Networks are doing today. We currently have requests from dozens more churches to connect with a network, be trained and equipped, and to participate in the funding of an emergency fund. Help us act now.

to communities and that this is our church’s responsibility.”

About Equip 40
There remains 3.2 billion souls, created in the image of God, that just like you and me did not choose where they were born, but who continue to lack access to the gospel. In these places there are a few small churches (gospel agents) that face persecution from these communities which leads to further isolation. Both communities suffer, one primarily with hopelessness and one with persecution and isolation.
We believe this is not the will of Jesus concerning his church. Therefore, we connect, resource, and equip the church to be the blessing in their communities they are designed to be, turning opposition into opportunity, especially amidst crisis. Crisis in these parts of the world are often systemic, chronic, and devastating
due to a lack of connection, training, and resources.
